This week’s SaaSiest Community member of the week is Karin Blomqvist, VP of Product Management at Zensai. Karin is a 3-year veteran in the SaaSiest CPO Network, where she consistently connects with fellow product leaders to discuss best practices, share ideas, and grow together. We’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Karin in person at SaaSiest in Malmö two years in a row! 🤩
We asked Karin a couple of personal questions; see her answers below:
🧩 Tell us something about yourself that we wouldn’t find on your LinkedIn profile
“I love skiing (maybe not unsurprisingly, being a Swede)! I had my first run when I was six and have been skiing ever since, including one amazing season as a ski bum in Chamonix. This year, my son will try the slopes for the first time – he’s four – and I’m so excited. Skiing for me is the best combination of nature, exercise, and clearing your mind — and yes, the after ski is a favorite too…”
💼 What’s the best part of your job?
“The best part about my job is the mix of people and problem‑solving. Every day is different, and I get to work closely with customers, engineers, designers, and internal teams to figure out what will make a difference. The fast pace – especially now with AI evolving so quickly – means you’re always learning and adapting. Earlier in my career, I worked with corporate strategy; in Product, I get to use that same strategic thinking but see results much faster. Watching something we shaped end up in customers’ hands is always rewarding.”

“Thomas and Daniel have built something pretty special with SaaSiest – a fun, tight‑knit community where people help and cheer each other on. The executive network, especially, has connected me with peers I can learn from and talk openly about everything product and leadership – that’s been highly valuable.”
