Job Title: Content and Community Manager
Location: Remote, Europe based in the same timezone as the rest of the team
About SaaSiest: SaaSiest is a fast-growing European community for B2B SaaS professionals. We host events, webinars, and networking groups and provide valuable content to our members. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Content and Community Manager to join us in our mission to foster knowledge-sharing and networking within the SaaS community in Europe.

Main Responsibilities:
- Content Sourcing and Creation:
- Collaborate with the community to source and create engaging articles, videos, webinars, and other content.
- Repurpose existing content from podcasts, event videos, and reports for various platforms.
- Content Management:
- Publish and manage content across different social media channels.
- Develop strategies to increase the reach and engagement of our content.
- Community Engagement:
- Moderate and facilitate discussions in our networking groups.
- Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with members and encouraging participation.
- Research & Data:
- Research industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Provide support in creating and managing email newsletters.
- Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Additional tasks
As a SaaSiest team member, there will be various tasks during the year that everyone needs to be involved in. Here are some examples::
- Assist in organizing and promoting conferences and meetups
- Support in the recruitment of new members and partners
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation and management.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with a professional community.
- Experience in moderating online and offline groups is a plus.
- Knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry is a must.
- Experience in sales is an advantage.
