This week’s SaaSiest Community member of the week is Francesca Negri Smedberg, CPO at Enento Group. A Seasoned CPO always ready to share and engage with her fellow peers. Francesca has been part of the SaaSiest network for the past 3 years, and her contributions to the discussions are always highly valuable.
We asked Francesca a couple of personal questions; see her answers below:
🧩 Tell us something about yourself that we wouldn’t find on your LinkedIn profile
“I play guitar, but I’m a terrible singer. When I moved to Sweden in 2006, I found a great way to combine music and learn Swedish at the same time: I became a spinning instructor in my free time! I could barely speak Swedish, so I memorized everything I said in class, but a few words didn’t stick.
Finally, a year later, my husband joined one of my classes, and that’s when I discovered how many mistakes I’d been making. Apparently, I’d been saying things like styrelse (“board of directors”) instead of styre (“handlebar”), and kom in “come in” instead of kom igen “come on”, among many others. I still can’t believe nobody told me, we laughed so much, and I kept teaching for 14 years!
So please, Swedish people, help your foreign friends and colleagues when we mix things up. We’ll appreciate it, I promise! 🇸🇪😄”
💼 What’s the best part of your job?
“As a product leader, I get to do what I love most: understanding people, working with data, and shaping the future.
It’s like working on a puzzle without seeing the picture on the box and searching for the pieces. The exciting part is figuring it out step by step. When different perspectives meet and there is room for collaboration, the final picture becomes something no one could have created alone.
I love seeing people grow and succeed, winning as a team is the best feeling. I get to keep learning every day, challenge my assumptions, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. There’s always another piece to discover.”

“It’s a special community where I can meet sharp minds, warm hearts, and a vibe that gives energy and stands out.
I’ve joined the conference for two years now, and it’s always such an energizing event, but what I really appreciate is that it doesn’t stop there. The monthly sessions are a real space for reflection, hands-on challenges, and many perspectives… uaoo! 🔥 I’ve learned so much more than I would have on my own.
And by the way… I love pink. 💗”
