No matter where you are on your SaaS journey, finding a supportive community can make all the difference. For Celine Fosse, the co-founder of Niimblr and a member of the SaaSiest community, this network has been more than just a group of like-minded individuals—it’s been a cornerstone of her professional and personal growth. In this testimonial interview, Celine shares her experiences and insights on the invaluable role that SaaSiest has played in her professional journey.

Celine Fosse has spent 12 years in the SaaS industry and is currently the co-founder of Niimblr, a growing SaaS company. Her journey has been marked by her ability to put customer journeys in place and commercialize companies to the point of reaching significant milestones. Yet, despite her extensive experience, Celine found something uniquely valuable in the SaaSiest community.

“The SaaSiest community is the place I go where I’m the most loyal. It has brought so much benefit to my life as a person and in my career,” Celine says with enthusiasm. “And I’m NEVER disappointed. Every time, it gets better—from the speakers to the people you meet to the way it’s organized. The value you get out of it makes a true impact.”

For Celine, SaaSiest isn’t just another networking group—it’s a community that consistently delivers value and fosters growth. This sense of belonging and the opportunity to learn from others in the industry has been crucial in helping her navigate the challenges of growing SaaS companies.

One of the most impactful aspects of SaaSiest for Celine has been her involvement with the SaaSiest Female Founders group. As a female founder and single mother, Celine has faced unique challenges in her career. The support and knowledge she has gained from this group have been instrumental in her journey.

“I always wanted to be part of a SaaS community, and when I heard that there was a female founder group, I was like, Hallelujah,” Celine recalls. “The knowledge you gain from collaborating on real SaaS challenges in the best hands-on school ever..”

The shared experiences and the encouragement from fellow female founders have helped her build confidence in her decisions and find the motivation to keep pushing forward.

For her, the connections she’s made through SaaSiest have been game-changers. The community has opened doors she never expected.

“I’ve met people who joined my teams later and connected with investors I couldn’t have reached on my own”

Celine recalls one standout experience: “We just signed Wes Bush, the advisor of our dreams, someone I thought was beyond our reach. I saw him on stage at SaaSiest, and knew I had to meet him, and after his workshop, we chatted. He connected with our mission and potential at Niimblr and agreed to come on board, to guide us from a product-led growth perspective, and even use us as a real-life case study. This connection only happened because we were there, engaging in person.”

She adds, “If I’d tried to message him online, it would have been one outreach amongst too many others.t. But being at the event, sharing a doughnut, and having a conversation, made all the difference. We thought, WOW, this is thanks to SaaSiest.”

Celine also highlights another example of an instant impact the community had: “We’re fundraising now, and it’s a huge time management challenge. We met someone at SaaSiest who could assist us with this exercise, and a few weeks later, we brought him on board… He secured 15 investor pitches in just the first 2 weeks, something we couldn’t have done on our own in such a short time.”

When asked what advice she would give to someone considering joining the SaaSiest community, Celine’s response is unequivocal: “Do it! The benefits are immense. SaaSiest is more than just another conference—it’s a support system, a knowledge hub, and a network of like-minded individuals who genuinely want to see each other succeed—from startups to established players in their categories”
