At SaaSiest, we’re building a community where people come together to learn, share, connect, and have fun. Whether you join us at a conference, a meetup, online, or in one of our digital forums, you are part of something bigger than just an event – you’re part of the SaaSiest family.
To keep this community thriving, we ask everyone to follow a few simple principles:
How we roll at SaaSiest
- Be kind. A little kindness goes a long way.
- Be respectful. Towards other attendees, speakers, partners, staff, and crew.
- Be open-minded. New ideas, perspectives, and people are what make SaaSiest great.
- Be open to share. This community is built on generosity — your experiences can help someone else grow.
- Be inclusive. SaaSiest is for everyone, regardless of gender, race, age, religion, ability, background, or orientation.
When we all do this, SaaSiest becomes what it’s meant to be: a safe, inspiring, and energizing place for all.
Behaviors that don’t fit in at SaaSiest
While most of this should go without saying, here’s what is not OK in our community:
🚫 Harassment or inappropriate behavior. This includes unwanted messages, DMs, advances, intimidation, hate speech, or aggressive conduct. If someone makes it clear they’re not interested – respect that, full stop.
🚫 Unauthorized promotion. Only official partners and sponsors are permitted to distribute branded swag, flyers, gum, mascots, or other promotional items. Standing at the entrance or in the halls to push your brand without permission is not allowed.
🚫 Disrespecting staff or crew. Our team works hard to create a great experience. Treat them with the same respect you’d show any other community member.
🚫 Misusing the SaaSiest name. Do not send emails, messages, or promotions suggesting that SaaSiest, Thomas, or Daniel has endorsed your outreach if that’s not the case. (Example: “Daniel from SaaSiest said we should talk” – not OK.)
🚫 Substance misuse. If alcohol is served, enjoy responsibly. Any misuse of alcohol or substances that impacts others’ safety or comfort is not acceptable.
Reporting issues
If you experience or witness behavior that goes against this code, please:
- Speak to any SaaSiest staff member on site, or
- Contact us at contact@saasiest.com (or a similar reporting channel).
We take all concerns seriously and handle them with discretion.
Consequences
We mean it when we say we want SaaSiest to be safe, fun, and professional. If someone engages in behavior that doesn’t fit with our code, SaaSiest reserves the right to take action immediately.
This can include:
- Removal from an event (without any refund of fees)
- A ban from future SaaSiest events, meetups, and forums
The bottom line
SaaSiest is here so we can connect, learn, grow, and have fun together. If we all live by the spirit of this code, we’ll continue building the strongest, most supportive SaaS community in Europe.
So come as you are, bring your best self, and let’s make it SaaSiest together!
