This week’s SaaSiest Community member of the week is Sofie Folkesson, Operational Excellence Director at Position Green. Sofie has been a consecutive member of the SaaSiest Executive Network since its inception in 2022. We’ve also had the pleasure of meeting her at three SaaSiest Malmö events. That’s some serious dedication to the community 💯
We asked Sofie a couple of personal questions; see her answers below:
🧩 Tell us something about yourself that we wouldn’t find on your LinkedIn profile
I love dancing salsa, I spend parts of the year as a digital nomad, and I’m currently certifying to become an ICF coach 🙂
💼 What’s the best part of your job?
I’m driven by spotting inefficiencies or misalignments in our daily operations, scoping projects to improve them, and supporting project managers in bringing them to life. It’s what I get to do every day, which is why I truly see this as my dream job. Especially as I am working with such great people, contributing to an amazing team spirit.
🤝 What does it mean for you to be part of the SaaSiest Community?
It gives me inspiration and lots of valuable connections. I’ve learned so much through digital or physical 1-on-1s with connections from the network. The monthly Network sessions keep me updated on SaaS trends and legal perspectives, and I always leave with a bunch of notes and a really good feeling.
