We’ve captured the highlights into short videos, so you can experience what makes these leaders stand out. Check it out below! 🎥👇

Meet Our SaaSiest Man of the Year Nominees

💙 Timo Lehto, COO at JAMIX
Timo brings strategic sharpness and operational clarity, all rooted in a deep belief in ecosystem thinking. He thrives on connecting the dots across the business – and he’s the kind of leader who brings momentum with him.
Advice to his younger self? “Double down on learning – always.”
He’s a firm believer that curiosity fuels growth – and context matters. What works at $1M ARR won’t cut it at $100M.
Why SaaSiest? “It’s a true community – people give because they want to, not because they have to.”

💙 Andreas Sjölund, CRO at Ingrid
A former ice hockey pro turned CRO, Andreas is all about teamwork – uniting different strengths and backgrounds to win as one.
Advice to his younger self? “Meditate more, sleep better, and don’t take it all so seriously.”
He’d love to fix end-of-quarter chaos in SaaS – and is a firm believer that success is built on trust, hard work, and loving what you do.
Why SaaSiest? It’s a space where execs can get real – from comp plans to deal stress – and leave stronger than they came.

💙 Janus Klok-Mattesen, CTO & Co-Founder at Pixelz
Janus leads with vision, empathy, and collaboration – bringing AI, strategy, and people together to build smarter solutions.
Advice to his younger self? “Worry less and enjoy the ride.”
He’s not here for the glorification of burnout culture – and champions sustainable, creative work over constant hustle.
Why SaaSiest? “It’s real. It’s supportive. It’s where leaders find out they’re not alone.”

💙 Dan Kelly, VP Sales at Ardoq
Dan lives at the intersection of RevOps strategy and sales execution, always asking how to set things up for long-term growth.
Advice to his younger self? “Be patient. Be a student of the game.”
He’s seen it all, and now wants SaaS to shift from frameworks to real, human stories that drive action.
Why SaaSiest? “No egos. Just seasoned leaders generously sharing what actually works.”
