Hundreds of SaaS and AI leaders. Five executive rooms. 42 roundtables. And one simple idea: we all get better when we help each other.
On October 7, we brought together hundreds of B2B SaaS and AI leaders from across the Netherlands and wider Europe for SaaSiest Amsterdam Executive Edition.
We knew we had a great group of people coming. We knew the agenda was packed with interesting conversations. But there’s one thing you can never really plan for when organizing an event, and that’s the energy in the room.
And Amsterdam, you absolutely delivered!
From the first conversations in the morning to the last ones at the end of the day, there was a genuine willingness to connect, challenge each other, share experiences, and learn. Exactly what we hoped for when we started SaaSiest.
Because that’s the thing. We might organize the event, but it’s the people who show up who make it what it is.

Five rooms, 42 roundtables, and a lot of honest conversations
For SaaSiest Amsterdam Executive Edition, we wanted to take peer-to-peer learning to another level.
Across five dedicated executive rooms, we brought together CEOs, founders, and leaders in Revenue, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to discuss the challenges they’re actually dealing with.
We also ran the biggest roundtable exercise we’ve ever organized at a SaaSiest event: 42 roundtable discussions in one day!
The topics reflected what’s happening across the SaaS industry right now. AI transformation, growth and profitability, new go-to-market playbooks, pricing, organizational change, customer retention, leadership, and plenty more.
But the most interesting part wasn’t necessarily the topics themselves.
It was how openly people talked about them.
Not just the success stories and the things that worked, but also the expensive mistakes, the failed experiments, the difficult decisions, and the lessons learned along the way.
There was no shortage of opinions, questions, or experiences to share. In fact, judging by the energy in the rooms, many of those conversations could easily have continued for hours.
And that’s exactly what we want SaaSiest to be. A place where people don’t just listen to experts, but learn from each other.

Operators helping operators
The idea behind SaaSiest Amsterdam Executive Edition was simple: bring experienced operators together, create the right environment, and let the conversations happen.
Of course, we had some fantastic speakers sharing their perspectives and experiences throughout the day. From AI and product leadership to scaling companies, building better revenue engines, and navigating the changing SaaS landscape, there was plenty to take back to our own organizations.
But what stood out most to us was the generosity.
People sharing ideas without holding back. Leaders being open about challenges they haven’t solved yet. Peers challenging each other’s thinking, offering advice, and making introductions.
And perhaps most importantly, the recognition that even the most experienced leaders are still figuring things out.
The SaaS and AI landscape is changing quickly. Nobody has all the answers. But getting the right people into a room and having honest conversations is a pretty good place to start.
That’s what we mean when we say operators helping operators.

The people who made Amsterdam happen
One thing we’ve learned over the years is that you can’t build a community event on your own.
Our speakers, executive room hosts, and roundtable facilitators put an incredible amount of time and energy into making the day valuable. They came prepared, asked the difficult questions, shared their own experiences, and made sure the conversations were open and relevant.
A massive thank you to all of you. You’re the reason the program works.
And of course, none of this would be possible without the partners who believe in what we’re building.
Verdane, Younium, Beefree, Leadfeeder, Ringover, Storylane, ElasticScale, and Bluebird – thank you for partnering with us for SaaSiest Amsterdam and helping us bring this community together.
But the biggest thank you goes to every single person who joined us.
Whether you shared a lesson from your own journey, challenged an idea in a roundtable, helped someone solve a problem, or simply started a conversation with someone new, you contributed to making the day what it was.
And we don’t take that for granted.
The conversations don’t stop here
If there’s one thing we’re taking away from Amsterdam, it’s that bringing the right people together and creating space for honest conversations is more valuable than ever.
The SaaS and AI landscape is changing quickly, and while nobody has all the answers, there’s a lot we can learn from each other.
And that’s exactly why we’ll keep bringing this community together.
The industry is evolving. The challenges are changing. AI is reshaping how we build products, serve customers, and grow businesses.
But one thing hasn’t changed: the value of bringing good people together and being genuinely willing to help each other.
And if you missed Amsterdam, there’s good news! On November 19, we’re bringing the same Executive Edition concept to London. Another opportunity to join fellow SaaS and AI leaders for honest conversations, peer-to-peer learning, and meaningful connections.
