SaaSiest 2025 – What. A. Week πŸ”₯

We’re still riding the wave of energy from SaaSiest 2025, and honestly? What a way to connect, learn, and grow.

From May 6–7, over 1,000 SaaS founders, execs, GTM pros and VCs packed out Slagthuset in MalmΓΆ for immersive days of big ideas, bold moves, and unforgettable moments.

Ideas sparked. Strategies shared. Mics-dropped.

With over 50+ speakers on stage –  each one bringing fresh thinking, hard-won lessons, and bold ideas for the future of B2B SaaS. From strategic positioning and GTM alignment to brand creativity and revenue modelling, no stone was left unturned.

  • Jen Allen-Knuth broke down why your real competition is the buyer’s status quo.
    β€œBetter doesn’t beat good enough.”
  • Morgan J Ingram gave us his 5-step framework to build a content strategy that actually lands β€” value-first, human-led, consistent.
  • Kristoffer Cedfors from Verdane broke down β€œFive Fundamental Flaws Frequently Found in Pricing” – and left the crowd not just inspired, but united in a pricing oath.
  • Kate Newstead from LinkedIn told us to ditch robotic targeting and build brands that make people feel.
  • Monica Visconti-Patel from Ardoq lit up the stage (and her shoes) with fresh takes on GTM alignment.
  • And Kathleen Lord from Zensai opened SaaSiest with a rap. Yes. A SaaS ROM (Revenue Operating Model) Rap!

πŸ’‘ Attendees also got to connect directly with speakers at our new Speaker’s Corner. Real talk, no greenroom walls.

Side Events That Stole the Show

Because real connections happen off-stage too – and MalmΓΆ delivered.

πŸ›Ά Canal Tour
Before the main event kicked off, we set sail for a more relaxed kind of networking. Under clear skies and Swedish sunshine, our canal tour gave attendees the chance to meet, mingle, and ease into the SaaSiest spirit.

🎾 Padel Tournament
The competition was fierce, the vibes were high, and the rallies? Surprisingly good. We swapped slides for smashes as SaaS pros battled it out on the court. Huge congrats to our champions, Mohamed Slimane and Anders Holmberg, for taking the win!

🧘 Morning Yoga & Run
Day 2 started with good vibes and endorphins – stretching, running, and shaking off the dance floor from the night before.

πŸͺ© Evening Parties
This year’s party was one for the books. From the first beat to the last disco spin, DZG LIVE brought the energy, the bass, and the late-night dance floor moments we’ll be talking about for a while. Because at SaaSiest, we know how to mix business with (serious) fun.

♠️ Poker Tournament
We closed out SaaSiest 2025 in true style – with a late-night poker showdown. SaaS strategies were swapped for bluffing tactics, and after a few intense hands, Anders Steel walked away victorious. All in, indeed.

SaaSiest Awards 2025

Every year, we celebrate the SaaS leaders who go beyond results β€” those who inspire, build community, and lead with purpose. And this year’s winners?

Your work inspires the rest of us to build better, lead bolder, and stay true to the SaaSiest spirit.

Massive Thanks to You

To the speakers who shared boldly.
To our booth and event partners who brought the energy.
To every community member who travelled in, showed up, and made this moment matter.

Thank you for being part of something bigger than just another SaaS event. You are what makes SaaSiest, well… SaaSiest.

What’s Next?

🚨 If you missed out β€” good news: we’re heading to Amsterdam this October 1–2 for the next SaaSiest chapter.
And yes… we’re already planning SaaSiest 2026, our 5-year anniversary edition.πŸ’œ

Until then, keep sharing your stories, tagging your moments, and staying SaaSy. #SaaSiest2025
