This week’s SaaSiest Community member of the week is Charlotta Persson, Head of Customer Success at Voyado. Charlotta has been a dedicated SaaSiest Community Member for several years, being part of the SaaSiest Executive Network, attending events and meetups, and helping us spread the SaaSiest vibes.
We asked Charlotta a couple of personal questions; see her answers below:
🧩 Tell us something about yourself that we wouldn’t find on your LinkedIn profile
Like many other girls in the late ’90s, I left my hometown Umeå, to work as an au pair — but the strangest part was that I went to Germany, of all places! I took care of a lovely girl and their Doberman for a year.
💼 What’s the best part of your job?
There are so many great parts of my job that it’s difficult to mention just one. Besides the company itself and my lovely team, being able to combine my two favorite topics — Customer Success and Loyalty — is something I really appreciate about my work.
🤝 What does it mean for you to be part of the SaaSiest Community?
Being part of the SaaSiest community means that I get to connect with peers in the same field and exchange valuable insights and experiences. It gives me a trusted network where I can openly share challenges and learn from others. I also really appreciate the opportunity to attend events like SaaSiest, where I can broaden my network even further – I’m already looking forward to next year’s!
