This week’s SaaSiest Community member of the week is Elin Fillip, Chief People Officer at Puzzel. She is a true OG of the SaaSiest CHRO network, one of the very first members when this started in 2022. Still going strong, we truly appreciate Elin for the great champion and ambassador that she is, always willng of sharing learnings with her peers.

“I am the first in my family in over a century to move away from my hometown in northern Sweden, which probably reflects my curiosity and tendency to follow my own path.”
💼 What’s the best part of your job?
“The variety and the opportunity to work with so many great people! The combination of problem-solving and creating value together with others is what makes it most rewarding.”
🤝 What does it mean for you to be part of the SaaSiest Community?
“I really appreciate having access to peers who are in the same situation. There is something reassuring about being able to share ideas and experiences with people who truly get it. Some of the people in my group I have now been meeting with for five years!”
