SaaSiest Community Member of the Week – Polly Hussain 🩷

This week’s SaaSiest Community Member of the week is Polly Hussain, Chief Commercial Officer at Bjorn Lunden. Polly has been a member of the SaaSiest Executive Network for five consecutive years, always contributing with knowledge and sharing valuable insights with her peers. We have also had the pleasure of meeting her at SaaSiest in Malmö several times 🤩

We asked Polly a couple of personal questions; see her answers below:

🧩 Tell us something about yourself that we wouldn’t find on your LinkedIn profile

“Something you wouldn’t find on my LinkedIn profile is how much I value space for reflection.

I get a lot of energy from long walks, preferably near water, and I tend to do my best thinking when I step back and look at things from a bit of distance. Some of my clearest strategic insights have come from those moments – when there’s time to reflect, connect the dots, and think beyond the immediate to‑do list.”

💼 What’s the best part of your job?

“The best part of my job is helping teams turn complexity into clarity.
Scaling a SaaS business is rarely about one big move – it’s about aligning people, products, and priorities over time. I really enjoy those moments when a team goes from feeling overwhelmed to confident because the direction is clear and the trade‑offs are understood. That’s where growth actually becomes sustainable.”

🤝 What does it mean for you to be part of the SaaSiest Community?

“To me, the SaaSiest community represents openness and generosity in a space that can otherwise be quite competitive.

It’s a place where people share what actually works – and what doesn’t – without the polish. Being part of that kind of community reminds me that we’re all figuring things out as we go, and that learning together is one of the fastest ways to get better.”

Thanks, Polly, for being part of the SaaSiest Community 🩷
