Last week we arranged the SaaSiest Jobs Day for the second time ever. It was a great day filled with networking between talent and employers, intriguing sessions from awesome B2B SaaS employers, and a helpful tips & tricks presentation for job seekers from recruiting professionals at Nobel Recruitment.
The SaaSiest Jobs Day is our initiative to help the community by connecting talent and employers within the B2B SaaS space. This year’s Jobs Day was a half-day digital event, and it was free to attend for both employers and talent.
So how does a digital job fair work?
Well, the employers are given 10 minutes each to make you want to work for them, they get to present their company, vacancies, work environment, and anything else they might want to mention. The employers are also given access to a virtual booth, after the sessions you can join one of the virtual booths and talk directly to the employers and recruiters that caught your attention, allowing for easy personal connections and instant answers to your questions.
Recruitment professional Ilya from Nobel Recruitment started the day off with a useful presentation containing tips and tricks to keep in mind during the recruitment process, ensuring you ace the interviews and make a good first impression. We had a total of 300 registered job seekers and 20 participating B2B SaaS companies, making for a good mix of talent and employers. The interest was high all day, and we saw an average of well over a hundred viewers on each one of the employer sessions.
