Elif Schmidt

In business I am passionate about people, leadership and business development. I am currently the CEO of the fintech company Oxceed that are helping companies get better overview of their financial data through custom made reports and budgets. Throughout my career that previously was in telecoms; constant growth and change was part of everyday and being a leader in that environment inspired me to learn more, reflect on what works in motivating and developing individuals and businesses. My spare time is spent with my family and I love everything that has to do with food.
